Robbie came to my home in a timely manner to assess the problem and determine its acuity. Jeff came to my home and did what three other individuals could not! He corrected old wiring and ensured safe wiring of newly installed recessed can lighting in an old home. I am beyond pleased with Jeff's work, and definitely will be calling them again to tackle the rest of my projects. Thanks again, yall!Services: Light fixture installation

I lost power and three rooms and he tracked the power problem down fixed it and the price was real reasonable and he got it done in a couple hours. I am very pleased it was an amazing relief to not have to worry about that when I got home from work. As a single mom who works all the time it really matters that it was convenient and in a timely manner and quality of them work was great also. So thank you so much for your customer service.

We had a tree fall around 5pm on the cable, power & phone lines ripping them off the side of the house. The city had to come disconnect the power & told us to call an electrician. Before we called Big Oak we called another electrician and no one answered. Then my grandmother remembered that years ago Big Oak help after a tree had fallen about 3-5yrs prior so we called Big Oak. Immediately we were responded to. I believe his name was Ernest, came out within an hour, and looked it over. He went and got the part & fixed the issue where the pipe was ripped off of the house to the meter box. He then moved almost all of the debris from the fallen tree by himself in the dark...read full review
