I had an AC unit installed by Climate Heroes, and it was a great experience! They were very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the size and type of the unit. The installation team were also very professional and accommodated all of my requests. The whole process took 3 days only. Great experience!
Cesar and Jose were very knowledgeable and polite. They thoroughly explained everything in a clear and concise manner and went above and beyond compared to other HVAC companies I’ve used. These guys are top notch all around!
From the conversation with Tony over the phone to the meeting with the Technician Jose, the knowledge and customer service was top notch. Jose immediately came in and told me what was wrong with my unit. He provided pictures of the cause as well. Previously, two “licensed” technicians failed to mention any real issue. It seems as though they were all over the place with their diagnostics which ultimately cost me a lot of unnecessary money. Jose was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
