I couldn't be any happier that I found such a wonderful, caring veterinary practice to take my babies. They love coming here and I feel confident that they are in the very best hands with Dr. Morris and her team (my blue bull is particularly in love with Faith πŸ™‚). They are the sweetest team of experts & genuinely care for your furry family members. Dr. Morris is so very knowledgeable and exhausts all options to ensure your pet (& my Isa & Honor) is getting the best care available.

My 3-year-old mini golden doodle Sonny, has been going to SHAH for vet care and doggy daycare for almost a year. Chris and Jessica are fantastic. This the best doggy daycare experience! The enviroment is unique because the big and little dogs are all together and get along beautifully. Every dog is so happy well cared for. Check out their Paw Pack-SHAH's Doggy Daycare on Facebook and look at all the fun! These are pics of Sonny with some of his friends today, he loves it!!!

Milo and Knick-Knack go to Sugarhill AH and receive excellent care. The rabbit vet is only there on Wednesdays but he works with you if your bunny is sick. We have had a wonderful boarding experiences and I can always tell how happy and loved they are when they come back. Cage always look fresh and water bowls washed when I pick them up. The team is awesome!
Milo's groomer is an ANGEL on earth and she's the only one I trust to give him his regular shaves. Milo is an American fuzzy lop and was bred to be sheared. His fur will matt no matter if you brush or comb so regular grooming is essential for Milo's care. He gets booty sanitary shaves in the winter and full nak3d chicken shaves in the summer. She always does a great job! Milo used to be so nervous and need sedatives to get him through appointments, but no more at Sugarhill AH. He still has arthritis so we give him some gaba before and after his appointment and his visits go smoothly. I think Milo even has a little crush on the groomer, last time he flopped during his last groom 🀭
Anyway, a big thank you to Sugarhill for the care since we moved here.

*Please note, they do not have RHDv2 vaccines at this time, but I pick it up at Windward AH so it can be given at their annual visit at Sugarhill

Our family recently adopted/recused a 3 yr old Aussie. She had been in our care for 4-5 days before we decided to get her established at Sugar Hill Animal Hospital.
My Husband and I were very impressed from the beginning! The front office offered to get the information needed from her last vet and they were successful!
Upon arrival, they had the cutest welcome sign with β€œAshe” written in chalk.
The wait times were very short for the lobby and the clinic.
Dr. K. and her Assistant were very informative, they took the time to thoroughly go over the treatment plan, and addressed all our concerns.
Unfortunately, Ashe had one major concern and a few minor issues. They suggested to keep her over night so they can get the treatment done first thing in the morning. They kept us updated throughout treatment day and answered all our questions. Ashe is home and is doing great! We are thrilled that Ashe should live a long, happy, healthy life. Thanks to all the staff at Sugar Hill Animal Hospital for making us a part of your family.

My pet has been going to Appt Vets since I got her, for vet appts I think is really good, but I have had several issues with baths, my pup is really sensitive on her ears, and recently did boarding with them and I felt so dissapointed of seeing my dog crying and barking in camera and no one cheking on her, she came back with her paws cracked and her mouth, and for Sunday time she only was left out for 5 minutes in two occasions. And on top of that, I requested a salon bath and her ears cannot be more dirty and her allergy since she was there it is worst !!! more red, dryness, inflamation not sure on what to do next.

Always a great experience. Love Dr Hall. Everyone is always friendly. Just an expensive visit like everywhere else. But I always say you get what you pay for. And we always get great care.
