So James & team are by far the most professional, courteous and responsvie carpet cleaning group I've ever worked with. I had just moved to Georgia and gotten my phone stolen. Not only did James work with me via yelp message email to get one of his associates out to where I was but he had the associate ready to go the day after the 4th of July. The first time they came out , they were unable to get the hose to my apartment ( due to how far my apartment was from the deck), but James had notified me that he would be sending another associate the very next day with a portable cleaner & longer cord. I was 100% satisfied with this company! My husband and I were looking for someone to clean our vents and ducts. James responded within an hour to our quote request and showed up on time.
