Definitely go with these guys! And Shane is the absolute best! We had a unique problem with an old unit that was leaking, had went to the company that installed it and others and everyone had a different take on it and a different solutions that all resulted in the same problem, more leaking. I was hopeless we would get this fixed and everyone was saying the unit would have to be replaced. Then Shane from Comfort air came and really did a comprehensive diagnosis looking at the rust spots and where the moisture is concentrating and how the metal was originally built to the drain pan. He got a plan together that involved only repairing the existing unit, installing new fresh metal and building it to correctly drain into the pan. After this visit he made another appointment to promptly come back first thing the next morning! That night he also built a custom secondary drain pan and installed this and tied it into the existing drain pan. I'm so impressed. True craftsman like Shane are so rare these days. The service was so straight forward, prompt and the solution was installed beautifully, and most importantly my unit works and doesn't leak anymore! If many years down the line anything happens now we have a secondary pan on this old unit now! Fantastic. Call Comfort, hopefully you get Shane. These guys are great.
