Excellent service. After all my car crash, I was pretty banged up and was worried it would take me awhile to get back to work and the gym. Dr. Patrick and his team, quickly put my fears to rest not only by their words but also by the quality of their methods and attention to detail with my specific ache and misalignment in my lower back. Will be forever grateful for you guys lifting my spirits and healing my pain!

I went to this place and the doctors & staff are beyond amazing! They helped me in time when I needed it the most. I will never forget how they made me feel after my wreck , physically and mentally. If you have not been to this place, I highly recommend Dr. Paulk and Dr. K.

My name is Myah Johnson and on 5/9/23, a Ram 1500 Truck crashed into the front of my vehicle at a red light. As a result of this accident, my neck, shoulders, mid and lower back were injured. I started going to the Paulk Clinic for treatment immediately, and I feel so much better. An MRI was performed on me to understand what was going on with my body. Dr. Kulmacz explained everything to me in a way that I can understand what was going on with my body.
