Today I came in as a walk in. The atmosphere in the salon was welcoming and very nice. EVERYONE was friendly. I showed Kathy a picture of the color I wanted and she made it happen. From start to finish Kathy made sure I was okay, I guess she could tell I was nervous since this was the first time every I was coloring my hair. She let me know she would take good care of my hair. My experience was amazing. When I say she Nailed it. KATHY NAILED IT. My hair looks amazing it is exactly the color from the picture. Mind you it was a balayage color blend. But she nailed it 110% I am so happy with this color and my hair looks and feels amazing. I will definitely recommend...read full review
