I Initially made an appointment to see Dr. Oh in Nov. I received a call two days prior stating that he would not be available so I rescheduled on 12/22 at 1:00. I received a phone call from the office the same morning wanting to see if I could come in earlier at 12:00 due to a scheduling error. I didn’t see Dr. Oh until after 2:00.The majority of the staff is generally very amicable but the x-ray tech’s attitude was somewhat disappointing. Dr Oh, however is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent “bedside manners”. This Stockbridge location is fairly new and I’m hoping that it can rectify its latest scheduling issues.

I came in for a cleaning. I have sensitive gums and asked Akeno to do the cleaning manually, which she did, then finished up with a quick polish. I would love to have her do my cleaning every time, but I realize she will be out when my next one is scheduled.
