Dr. Case and his staff is wonderful! He is a Dr that truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to talk with his patients and find out what is going on. He is very easy to talk too and will answer any questions/concerns you may have. He is the only neurologist who has run the proper tests to diagnose me.

I cannot communicate how thankful I was to find Dr. Case and see him work his magic! I had an injury that had lasted nearly 2 years. I tried everything traditional and nothing helped or even revealed what the actual issue was. He spent over an hour during our first session and after much analysis came up with a plan. Several treatments in, I really started noticing a change and could actually perform workouts and daily functions that I could not for months on end. I cannot say enough about his work ethic, professionalism, and expert knowledge. Cannot wait until he opens his Amelia Island office!
