I worked with Josh after my air unit stopped cooking in the middle of a heat wave while nine months pregnant. He, and his entire crew, were fantastic to work with and highly professional. My system posed some unique issues due to its age and the style of my home. Josh worked to make sure I understood the issue and figure out the best way to address for a long term solution, all while also working through a home warranty company that was making the process difficult.
