True Blue Plumbing was absolutely amazing. I called yesterday in a panic and they were able to send someone out today to repair my shut-off valves. I had a washing machine delivery scheduled, but it couldn’t be installed because the water valve behind the washer wouldn’t shut off. Samuel came out and took care of everything.
One thing that really stood out is that they text you ahead of time with your technician’s arrival info, including a picture and a short bio. I’ve honestly never had a company do that before, and it immediately made me feel more comfortable.

True Blue Plumbing has been my go to plumber for a few years now. James and his crew are very efficient and professional. I have had large $$$ jobs and small $ ones. Always pleased with the work they do. Great communication with office staff, easy to make appointments. They let you know when there arriving and show up on time. Much better service and prices than the big companies!
