Called in reference about emotional support animals they don't give out those certificates but the young lady Toni told me she would get more info for me she was very helpful and kept her word and called me back promtly...... she has great customer service skills...

Not the same experience without Dr. Craine. Dr. Craine use to always save me money by telling me what was needed and where I could find cheaper medication online. Earlier this year, I was scheduled with Dr. Duffy and ended up spending close to 1K, purchasing items my fur kids didn’t actually need. On my next visit, I specifically requested Dr. Craine, only to find out he had retired in May.

When I went in to pick up medication, I asked the receptionist what the next steps would be after my fur kid completed the medication. Instead of scheduling a follow-up appointment at that time, I was told to call back. I never received a follow-up call to check on her status or ensure she was doing well.

Overall, the level of care and personal attention I experienced in the past just isn’t there anymore. I’ll be looking for a more personable veterinary practice. Dr. Craine, you are truly missed.

I found Dr. Craine and his team at Snellville Animal Hospital while going to vet tech school. I was able to witness first hand the love and compassion for the animals they see and their owners. That was back in 2013 and it made me a customer for life.

From the time we entered Snellville Animal Hospital, we were surrounded by a welcoming, clean, beautifully decorated office, and greeted by happy staff. Dr. Craine is an absolute angel. He is highly experienced and makes recommendations with the pet's best interest at heart. I was impressed by how much he cares and how careful he and his nurse were to get a complete history in order to give a correct diagnosis.

I was also highly pleased with the convenient location, in the heart of Snellville, on Main Street. I will always bring my pets to Snellville Animal Hospital and recommend it to my friends.

They are so kind and caring about our animals and have taken such great care of them. The front desk staff and techs are also so welcoming and are always so cheerful. Snellville Animal Hospital is a special place. While Snellville continues to grow all around it, it has really retained it's welcoming, small town feel. Staff here are always pleasant, responsive, and very competent. The vets are top notch and very personable.
I love my animals dearly and that is why I have been a faithful client here for over 20 years.

We have been clients for two years, Dr. Cline and Dr. Duffy take great care of our dogs. The office staff is very helpful and friendly in assisting you in scheduling and answering your questions. Definitely recommend if your looking for quality care.

LOVE this experienced office and care -- Dr. Craine is so great with the people AND my puppies - he is very knowledgeable & intelligent and able to connect on a level you can understand. He & his staff were very patient with my 2 crazy little puppies -- you can tell by how he treated/handled them that he has something you can't just train someone, it's a gift!
