Curtis performed above and beyond my expectations. He handled all of the necessary items pertaining to this job we never think of, major and minor, so I didn't have to concern myself with any of it. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the product and labor experience which he was eager to share with me. I really appreciated the quickness of response from this company. Manoliy had the part on hand that was needed to repair my washing machine. He came promptly and repaired the agitator as requested. His price was fair. I will use this company again for appliance repair and wish I had known about them a month ago when another company charged $125.00 just for the service call.

I needed my dryer fixed so I called M&M appliance and spoke to Curtis. I set up an appointment for a diagnose($90). I needed to reschedule because of work purposes. I asked nicely for another day or time and that's when mr Curtis blew up and got really nasty over the phone. He verbally attacked me by diminishing my work then proceeded to tell me how "I better have myself available for 80% of the proposed schedule." His customer service is the worst service I've ever had! I am glad I did not spend a dime with M&M appliances. He was going to charge $90 for a diagnoses; that's expensive! Curtis is rude, verbally nasty, has extremely poor customer service and is unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! Listen to the reviews folks are telling the truth

I have called M&M twice to my home to fix an appliance..the fact that I called them twice should say all you need to know. Honest, timely and on point.

Knowledge tech.s, but the guy told my wife that a problem (that he may have caused) was my landlords responsible instead of claiming responsibility & replacing a cord, after a $280 repair.
