Kobe had not been groomed for a year because he always screeches when he knows the clippers are out, even without touch. It shot my anxiety thru the roof because I was afraid of hurting him, although I know I hadn't touched yet. So you can imagine the matte and kinks in his fur. It was beyond time. JD came in and EFFORTLESSLY executed Kobe's cut! Very professional and was not intimidated by Kobe one bit, I mean completely handled him! Of course, I'm still getting anxiety on the sideline from the yelps. (I think we drew a mutual conclusion that my anxiety overpowered the grooming attempt each time ?) Very Knowledgeable and patient our big puppy is very spoiled and he explained how the grooming process goes unlike other groomers. He has to come back an finish him because he was matted after not being groomed for awhile and very frisky we’ll give him something to settle him today and waiting on JD to come and finish the great job he started!! Can’t wait to post pictures on here and Yelp to help promote such a awesome experienced knowledgeable patient grooming service. Can’t wait to change to 5 stars!! Thanks so far JD!!

Best experience with our long haired Mainecoon! We called JD at 11am as new clients and he was at our home by 1pm. Our Nala needed a sanitary shave and nail clip. He was so patient, but quick, as cats are not the easiest clients. Very professional and knowledgeable. 100% recommend!!
