I’ve come to this place at least 5-6 times to get my haircut. Every time he’s been horribly late and or canceled. When places are this bad at serving their clients a discount of some sort is appropriate, but nothing is given and he never apologizes for the horrible service. I’ve given this place/guy plenty of chances to make right but it’s never going to change. I will not be doing business here again.

Had an appointment this morning at 10am. Got there about 10 minutes early the shop not only wasn't open but there was a parking lot full of other's waiting. Around 10:20 one of the barber's came strolling along and opened up. I made my appointment on line so i wasn't sure if he was the barber that the site booked for me or not. He informed me he wasn't Jason Bailey and had no idea when he would show. So to summarize dealing with this establishment in my opinion is a waste of time. Very rude and extremely unprofessional luckily there are two other barber shop's directly down Atlanta rd. I went there and they were clean, professional, gave me a good cut and actually show up to work. I don't see this place lasting too long. The negative reviews on this place are accurate!

The first time I visited this place with my boys it was on a week day after 5pm, there were no customers and therefore no wait. Romeo did a nice job and my boys loved their haircuts so we planned to return. We did return a few weeks later around the same time, the OPEN sign was lit up but the door was locked and there is no phone number on the door or on GoogleMaps so there was no way to call to find out if they really were open for business and maybe had to leave for a quick errand. So we left and returned maybe 45 minutes later, OPEN sign still lit and door still locked, no one in sight. We had attempted twice during business hours with no luck so we left. Weeks later my boys returned with their dad on a Saturday morning. Romeo was not there but another barber was, don’t remember his name. They waited over an hour before that barber finally addressed them and said he was only cutting his clients who had made appointments, and that he could only give one of my boys a haircut but it would be when all of his clients are taken care of. When their dad asked about Romeo the barber said he never knows when he will show up. Needless to say they left again without haircuts. This place seemed promising with our very first visit. They really need to work on communication, customer service and being respectful of their customers’ time. And they need to make new customers aware of their policies, i.e. Saturdays are by appointment only, walk-Ins only on weekdays.
