When I got to the location from ClassPass, I did not see the business at all. I had to look up the business on Google just to get the correct address and it was 20 minutes away from where I was. I gave myself enough time to get there early, but being that it was at a different address I became late. I got there at 3:37. My appointment was at 3:30. Then when I got to the right address, there’s a sign on the door that says closed. I knocked on the door and nobody came. I called the business three times and left a voicemail. There was no response. Nobody picked up the phone. And the business owner is telling us to book on their website. I click the link go to the website and there’s no website. It says “this page doesn’t exist” I shouldn’t have to book on another website if I’m able to book on ClassPass.
Businesses should not be allowed to do this because it is such an inconvenience for people. This is the second time this has happened to me since I’ve had ClassPass and I’ve been using ClassPass for only two weeks. If businesses cannot abide by their own schedule on ClassPass, they should not be on ClassPass.
I never spoke to you. I called and nobody answered. I have no reason to lie, I don’t even know you. This just wasted my time and I don’t like my time being wasted. If that’s the case take your business off ClassPass.

I have been going to Angela for a few months now and she is great! First off she is so sweet and kind every time I see her. She also does an amazing job with my waxes. My wax always looks great when I go to her and it’s gotten to the point where I don’t have to go as frequently. I definitely recommend EWA for your waxing!
