Genecia was absolutely AMAZING. The customer service was top notch.. She was incredibly gentle , yet effective. Lastly, her knowledge of threading & the entire brow experience was a 10 out of 10!
Grenecia was amazing and her customer service skills are great. I went for an eyebrow wax and tint. She was very knowledgeable and talked me through what she was doing during the entire process. I liked that she mapped the brows out so you can see how they would look after it’s finish. She made my brows look great and didn’t take off too much hair or make them look thin, which I love.Services: Eyebrow beautification
Went to the brow bar last weekend to get my eyebrows trimmed and tinted. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting top-notch customer service; however, I had the pleasure of getting my brows done by a top-of-the-line profesional, Lauren. She’s extremely knowledgeable in all areas of cosmetology — not only eyebrows. She answered all of my question prior to getting them done. A-PLUS customer service! I highly recommend. If you can, ask for Lauren!
