I had a wonderful experience getting a haircut with Misti. My entire life, hair stylists have complained about the thickness and heavy texture of my hair. Which is one of the reasons I only get a haircut every 1 to 2 years, and it always ends up looking terrible for the first few weeks. Misti did not complain. She simply assessed and cut my long thick hair. And actually complimented me that my hair was healthy. She gave me exactly what I asked for. I love my long hair but it had gotten too heavy and it was time to layer it, get rid of ends, and get less hair weight for summer. She did a perfect job. I will definitely be using this salon again. It is by appointment only, well established, comfortable, and a good price for the service rendered.

The neatest small hair salon. I thought they didn't cut men's hair, and it ended up being the best haircut I could ask for. It's also a Women Owned business.

I had my hair done here for my wedding 2 years ago. It turned out okay but not what I wanted at all. I came in for a consultation appointment a few weeks before expecting her to actually show me a few different styles. She just asked what I wanted and half did it. Then on my actual wedding day it didn't really look like what she first showed me. But we were already running behind and needed to go so I just had to deal with it. I really regret getting my hair done for my wedding here and I wouldn't give this place business again. People were nice and everything.. just don't really seem to care about what they are doing. I could have done my hair better myself and I wish I had!

Misti is Great! I've been going to Misti's salon for years. My husband and son get their hair cut there also. My Mom gets her hair cut and permed with Misti. My daughter had one of the stylist do her hair for her prom. It was beautiful! We have all been very happy going there for a long time and she is conveniently close to where we live. Good Job!!!!

Doesn't Honor the Client Very unprofessional atmosphere. Does not honor the clients wishes and then resorts to unfair business practices when you complain about services not fulfilled. When she first opened I was completely satisfied with my hair but as time progressed she just became very sloppy and my hair color would never come out right to the point of making several visits after the initial color to even get the highlights covered, but rarely the color I asked for. She does not have a good reputation among other stylists that should have been a sign. No one in my family was happy with her in the last few months they saw her as well. It seemed as though she quit listening to what the clients wanted. I was not crazy about the California concept method for cutting hair, but it was better than other salons that I had been to in the area so I learned to live with it. I believe the staff at smaller salons get to comfortable with the clients and forget to have an air of professionalism and forget we are not your friend we are clients that pay for a service.
