I am happy with your professionalism. Your crew is very friendly and dedicated. I think your use of technology to keep customers informed of scheduled services is good. You usually give the day, I would like the expected time frame as well. But don't overdo. We customers are overwhelmed with texts and e-mails. Keep up the good work.William Starnes

Matt Peace came out and performed my quarterly pest control service today. As he went out to spray in my garage he let me know he smelled gas. I called my gas company and they came out to check. Sure enough, my gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. So not only does he help me keep my house pest free he also possibly save it from a fire. Big thanks to him for letting me know!

Kale came out and was very professional, thorough, and didn't try to sell us on products and services we didn't need. I liked how quickly they responded and that Shane's is veteran owned and operated.
