Great company! I'm so glad I found them. I called because my MacBook was soooo messed up from a corrupt update. Lance had to completely wipe out my laptop and start over.. He did an awesome job and didn't keep it but a few days. I highly recommend PTC TECHS for anybody with computer problems. I love my newly refurbish computer. It's better than ever. I enjoyed working with Lance and Cody. Really nice guys.

Lance was the savior of my pc, it wouldn’t start and I spent an entire day trouble shooting and defeated called ptc techs to see if they could help me and only one suggestion from lance breathed life back into my computer which I love so much. I can’t recommend Lance and Ptc techs enough!

My SSD had crashed & PTCTech was able to recover all my files. They then set up my new computer with Windows 11 & Office. The staff is very professional, polite & knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to other family members & I give them 10 stars; five is not enough.
