First and foremost, when I was diagnosed with cancer, Drew, who’s background and training is focused on cancer patients ensured that I was ready for what I was about to go through. His training regime ensured I was physically and mentally ready. Now, that I am cancer free, I still go to Drew to get back to where I was before cancer and losing 60lbs. The facilities and the trainers are top notch. They are unmatched!! This is why this gym and Drew are constantly being voted as best trainers and gym in the area.
I’ve been working out here for over 2 years now. I originally chose this gym because it was incredibly clean and the staff was very helpful. I can now say that this gym has been instrumental in changing my attitude toward weight loss. I was able to hire a trainer (Justin) who aided me in losing nearly 40lbs. Working with him has allowed me to see through many false claims I’d adopted at the hands of other “Health” establishments and professionals I’d previously sought for help. Even during Covid restrictions, I feel safe and confident exercising here. Very thankful!
