I am in a wheelchair after sustaining a TBI so my mobility is limited so I wanted to find a dentist that could accommodate the needs that I had. I didn’t have to go far! Dr. Jones and his staff were nothing but accommodating and honestly the most professional staff I have ever seen in a Dental office. The group is extremely caring and dedicated to their work. It definitely has the feeling of a family atmosphere when you walk in *or in my case roll in* if I had of known how accommodating Dr. Jones and his staff were going to be I would have become a patient a long time ago! When other dental groups tell you that they aren’t able to accommodate to your needs, look no further than Jones Family Dental for all of your needs!

Dr. Jones is a man of integrity and care. He doesn’t recommend work a patient doesn’t need. I saw him for years and years before I ever needed anything more than a cleaning. When I finally did, he knew I was nervous. He put my mind at ease and did excellent work. The novocaine shot didn’t even hurt! He does the right thing by his patients over and over.

Dr. Jones is an amazing provider. He and his staff are highly compassionate and understanding. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I can’t thank him and his staff enough. If he is your dentist, you are in good hands. I wish I would have found his office sooner. He and his staff are truly a blessing to my life.

Jones Family Dental came highly recommended and I’m so happy I chose them! I’ve had great experiences with both dentists- from routine care to complex restorative procedures! I have had my teeth cleaned by all of the hygienists and all were fantastic (I’m a former RDH, so I truly appreciate a great hygienist!) The front office is warm and inviting- everyone is genuinely kind. While in the waiting room- I have witnessed so many different people come in and be treated like family. For my most recent visit, my childcare fell through. I called ahead to ask if it was ok for me to bring them along, as I know it’s not an ideal situation! Lynda not only insisted- she got them little chairs to sit in and gave them prizes for waiting patiently. It was so heartwarming and inspired me to leave this review. It’s hard to find quality like that these days- and that is a huge reason I refer everyone I know to them!

I’ve lived in Savannah for 4 years and have struggled to find a dentist . My mom recommended them to me after my tooth broke. Their customer service and care about patients is exceptional. The dentist understood my nervousness and was gentle and patient with me . I can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire staff is. Sadly a lot of places lack the basics but not jones dental .

Dr. Jones and the entire Jones Family Dental is truly amazing. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure clients are treated with dignity and also excellent dental service. I especially admire their love for God as it shines in their treatment of clients. The testament is in the transformed smiles of my clients and family.
