I have an annual service contract. The technician came but didn't have replacement filters. The office apologized and said they'd come back. Three months later, I'm still waiting. I hauled the 11 foot ladder in to figure out the size filter I needed only to find the was no filter at all. I suppose none is better than filthy. Maybe not. Don't use this company.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Johnson AC is by far the best heating and air contractor I have ever done business with in my 45 years of home ownership. Very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. They will educate you about options but will not try to up-sell you. They recognize and honor decisions made by the homeowner. Highly recommended.

Johnson Air Conditioning came to my house to repair my existing Lennox air conditioning system. I was suprised, but happy, to learn that Johnson air conditioning is now installing Carrier systems. I have not had much luck with my Lennox system over the years. I was very happy with the knowledge and professionalism that Gary Johnson displayed in our meeting. I had fully intended on purchasing a system similar to the unit I had previously but after sitting with Gary and going through the options I decided to go with an Infinity system.
