The Summit has potential with its location, but the HOA really drops the ball on upkeep. Leaves pile up on roofs for months, hedges are overgrown and messy, and the common areas (especially the pool) look rundown and neglected. HOA fees feel way too high for what you get—no real security, no meaningful amenities maintained, and no visible effort to improve things. We've had issues with basic exterior maintenance ignored despite requests. If you're considering buying here, factor in the extra costs and headaches—disappointing overall.

Our Italian Greyhound, Amato (Italian for Beloved) goes crazy when we bring him in for a visit. He doesn't mind getting his shots when there is Cheese Wiz. He especially likes to get his nails trimmed. Thanks to the whole Mt. Paran Team.

We love everyone at Mt Paran! They took excellent care of my older dog when he had cancer, and my pets are always happy to visit and see everyone. Front desk, kennel, vet techs, doctors - everyone is so caring and thorough. 💕 from Maple & Freya

Mt.Paran Animal Hospital is the best! The entire staff is friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Preis is my vet. In 50 years of having dogs, no one has ever been as compassionate and caring toward my Dogs.

Dr. Carson!!! My girl!! Our Blu has been so sick with his body fighting against him and she explains everything so easily for us. Gives him the food he needs to heal. Makes sure he’s on the correct medicine. Thank you so much for going the extra mile and hour to keep us informed. Mount Paran will be our forever home for little Blu. Love you so much.

Beware. Ask what everything costs. I was shocked today by a $250 allergy shot and a $80 heart worm test. Guess that is on me, but that seems way above expectation. Maybe something you should tell your customers. Walked out with a $400+ bill for a dog that was itchy. Should have just changed food. Christmas is cancelled!

M Paran helped diagnose early stage kidney disease during a routine teeth cleaning visit. I’m so grateful as it helped further extended my sweet doggy’s time on earth. I trust them implicitly! Everyone is so helpful. Thank you all for caring so very much about sweet S’mores and both her welfare and ours. ❤️💔❤️
