I can't even begin to describe how safe and happy I feel at Ideal Health! The staff is friendly and professional, like they've been sent straight from a customer service fairy tale. Nataly has the magical hands of a chiropractic wizard—my back feels brand new every time! The Botox team? They ALWAYS do such an excellent job, they're practically sculptors. And let's not forget Ana, the absolute queen bee of the place. No matter the challenges, she's always amazing! Thanks to everyone for the incredible work!
Excellent service, professional and caring. This includes the entire staff that I met! Rachel, the Nurse, is so kind, knowledgeable and honest about what can and can’t be accomplished and Anna and Joanna were also very sweet and helpful. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend Ideal to my friends.
I have been their client for over a year and I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism of the staff and the overall experience I had every time I visited. The atmosphere of the place is warm, staff is very welcoming and they go above and beyond in addressing every request or concern I have about the procedures. I am getting my Dysport injections every 3 months, and I have to say, the injectors are doing wonderful job! I also got my lip injections and I am loving the result! My lips look fabulous!
