From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave, Truth In Motion Yoga is a true sanctuary. I feel so calm, safe, and welcome. The instructors are so knowledgeable and take the time to explain the practice. They also help you set intentions for your practice and invite you into self care and growth with each session. I can’t recommend Truth In Motion Yoga enough if you are looking for a renewed sense of calm and a safe place to share your yoga practice with others.
I felt amazing after the Reiki Yoga class with Dina and Joana, these are 2 wonderful and heartfelt healers. Truth in Motion is such a beautiful and healing place to be, a greatly needed place in today's world! I do look forward to trying more classes!
One of the few authentic Yoga Studio! The place is peaceful, serene and with great yoga instructors! Joanna, the owner is a jewel and you have to experience the light and knowledge that she brings to her class !
