I am someone who gets regular massages, so I know a good therapist when I experience one. Patty Wruble is an excellent massage therapist. She actually read my on boarding material and we had a 10 minute discussion before my first massage. 90 minutes later she had effectively addressed all my trigger points. She should be on your radar if you need a quality massage

My husband gets therapeutic massages from Patty regularly and he encouraged me to see her.Well, I'm so glad I did!!!I share my enthusiasm about Patty in four words.'Patty Is Simply, The Best!!'I've enjoyed very good massages over the years and Patty is outstanding because she listens, REALLY LISTENS, and she knows her stuff!!Here is another big benefit.Patty also recommends next steps I can take in between massage visits. I cannot recommend Patty enough!! She is absolutely incredible. I’m so glad that I found her on Google several months ago. I’ve been seeing her consistently for deep tissue massages to help with my strength training, and the results are staggering. I thought I had pretty good range of motion and mobility before I went to Patty - oh I was so wrong… She has opened my eyes to how much a role massage should play in strength training and power lifting. I will be seeing her for as long as she’ll let me ?
