I found SPENGA Roswell just searching for indoor cycling studios, but it ended upbeing much more than that. The community here is positive and uplifting. I tried a community class and loved it. The instructors are phenomenal high energy and they give you modifications if needed. They also really look out for your form during the strength training especially because you’re really fatigued after the cycling portion. They are very encouraging authentically supportive of your fitness and life journey and I highly recommend this studio

Spenga Roswell is LEGIT! I took Ali’s class and I must say that her expertise, enthusiasm, and energy left a lasting impression on me. She truly embodies what it means to be a fitness instructor, and her ability to motivate, engage, and inspire is unparalleled! Her playlist was fire, her energy was lit, and the overall experience at Spenga, from the front desk to the amenities and of course the workout was phenomenal!

An all around amazing locally owned studio! If you’re looking for a balanced yet challenging workout with engaging and encouraging staff, this is the place. The studio is always clean and organized, the greeters at the front desk are kind and personable, the members are great, and the instructors are not only amazing leaders but fun to run into around town!
