From the moment I entered the facility, I experienced care from the staff at Peachtree IC. The receptionist, nurse and doctor-PT were all extremely helpful and professional. From making sure I was able to check in, to answering all my questions, and even supporting me to my vehicle - the level of care was excellent!
The Staff immediately greeted me when I arrived and helped me finish signing in. My wait time was less than 10 minutes to get vitals and see the doctor. The medical team was efficient and engaging. Ian, along with all of the staff were great.
I'm so grateful for everyone who took care of me from the front desk, MA, and the provider. Despite the high volume patients that they were seeing and still being patient and compassionate towards patients shows what a true healthcare is about. Thank you Shanice, Kailan, and Dr.Mulumba for the wonderful care and experience!
