Ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered on Saturday for my parents 50th anniversary and they were never delivered. I decided to call at 5pm to see their whereabouts and was told that the driver had just gotten into an accident and she’s unsure if they were delivered. They in fact we’re not and if I didn’t call to verify, I would’ve not been contacted. She also would not refund my money, I had to dispute it with my CC company.Really disappointed. I live out of town and wanted to surprise them. Instead im left with nothing.

My suitor ordered a bouquet from this company. They sent an email on day 1 stating delivery had been attempted. Not true; I WFH & was present all day.On day 2, they called (the sender and I) multiple times for the gate code. Perhaps they came out on day 1 & couldn't get through? No communication on why they didn't call then.Bouquet arrives at approx. 2pm. The flowers are either poor quality or several days old. More than half the bouquet is wilted & the feature rose in the center is unsalvageable.I receive floral deliveries regularly, and this is, by far, the worst I've ever seen. Try any other vendor.

NEVER use this company. I ordered flowers from them. Received them and they looked NOTHING like was I ordered. They refused to provide a refund. I can't believe they are even in business. Beware if you use this company for anything. Flowers looked like they were 4 weeks old. Leaves were brown. The owner should get out of the business. Thanks for ruining a special moment!
