We love Garrett Gray! He came to our home to do our first year new hvac checkupfrom North Georgia Heating and Air. Very personable, answered our questions and let us watch (lol) what he was doing. Very impressed with his work ethics.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Service Jeremy Logan was my service specialist today. I feel he went out of his way to be friendly and also explain the simple resolution to my AC problem. He made good recommendations and I appreciate the good service. $69 later I got my AC preventative maintenance service taken care of and a quote for my other issue to be addressed later. Now for the fun stuff getting a second AC unit installed on our house to better regulate temperatures... Professional Uniform and Appearance Professional Company Vehicle

10/10 — They were amazing! I will say they had told us they would be out between 12 and 2 but it was more like 5:30 ish. They were running late and didn’t call or say anything so I reached out at 4:30. When they got there though, they were very thorough. The price was super reasonable. The technician was friendly and talked us through our options. It is our rental property and he made our renter feel secure. This is who we will use going forward for anything they are capable of handling ! Thanks for the service!
