Jeremy did a fantastic job! We scheduled for after 12 and he called around 11:30am, was here within minutes, and he was finished with the service in less than 30 minutes!! We haven't had our unit serviced since we bought our house in June 2022 (I normally schedule services for things right away but it slipped through the cracks). We had issues with our unit freezing up and he found the leak, fixed the issue, refilled the refrigerant, and cleaned the exterior unit. Trey was great. North Ga Heating & Air have always taken care of any problem and always treated me right.
I had another company come out and tell me my unit was bad and had to be replaced so I called NGHA for a second opinion. Parker came out and found a wiring issue and had my unit back in operations in a short period of time and far far far less than the replacement cost.
Really it was a fantastic service call and Parker was informative and very helpful.
I wish I could give more stars.
