I went to Urban on a recommendation and as a guy who had been going to sport clips, great clips, etc. I didn’t really know what to expect. I was genuinely greeted at the front door and my stylist Alex was incredible. She was very friendly and efficient, but most importantly she did an amazing job! I would definitely give Urban and specifically Alex a five star rating.
Riley was fantastic! She cut my hair perfectly and I really like the color she did. She offered suggestions for how to better care for my hair as well. I don't think I've ever received more compliments on my hair before. She offers the excellent "little things" of customer service as well- offering water or a beverage, asking if I was comfortable, offering a blanket while my hair was wet. I will definitely return to her!
I'm 46 and I have never found a salon that gives me everything I want until now. Brandy made me feel valued. She took the time to listen and got it right like she read my mind. She really knows her stuff! Before pic in purple below. After in floral top below. She gave me a few layers and a few highlights to brighten me up like I asked and gave me great feedback when I asked questions and advice. She even explained the different techniques with the options she provided.
