We we’re lucky enough to find a house that Bob and company put together. We have enjoyed a professional builder that still has old school ethics.Home warranty issues have been responded to in a timely manor with follow up by Bob to assure things meet his standards.I would recommend this builder to anyone in the market for a new home.

As an architect, I have enjoyed collaborating on multiple residential projects with Bedford Falls Home Builders. I trust they will build a high quality house or addition for our clients. Their attention to detail is superb.I highly recommend this company.

although have'nt used bedford yet, because our budget won't allow it, we will come back to him in the future. we met with several builders and we sort of picked one. we came across a house he built in waterways and met with him. he showed us a house that he has under contract and the workmanship and quality was far above anything we had seen in the area. he spent an afternoon, knowing we could not afford what we wanted and were so impressed with his honesty. he gave us a book he wrote that we will use as a guide when we can afford what we need and want.
