Nick Wiggins was my technician that came out. He was very knowledgeable and explain what he needed to fix. He found my leak in my pipe within 5mns and had it repaired quickly. Very professional! Thank you!

I rented a large two-story house west of Savannah, GA. The upstairs HVAC could not keep the temperature below 75 degrees during the summer. The property owner asked me to have the AC inspected. I called Thompson and Thompson based on their reviews I found on the internet. The first technician that came to the house was very polite and professional. He did the usual checks and told me that everything seemed to be as it should be but admitted the system was not producing enough cool air. He told me he was going to ask that dispatch send a more experienced technician, which they did.
