Alex is very professional, clear and concise. He is also very thorough!! Found so many little details on my brand new build home. Makes it so much easier to do a blue tape walk through with the builder. I had my inspection report that night. He also called to review all the information with me. Will recommend!!
I contacted Alex with Heart of Home inspections at a last minute notice. Alex came out within three days to do a home inspection for me. Alex was has an inspection system he uses to inspected parts of each home. He check the electrical all through the home and doors, window. Then ran the water to check for leaks. He checked the floors inside and in the crawl space under the home. Checked each receiptal and opened up the electrical panel box and remove cover to look at all the wiring. He check as ll appliances in the home. Alex then turned on the AC unit and checked each ac vent to see what the temperature was coming on every ac vent in home. Alex was extremely prompt in scheduling and showed up right on time. He communicated clearly and often throughout the process, keeping me updated and answering all my questions. He took the time to walk me through everything he found during the inspection, explaining each item in easy-to-understand terms without being overly technical.
His final report was excellent—very detailed, well-organized, and included plenty of helpful photos to illustrate the findings. It gave us exactly what we needed to plan the necessary repairs and updates.
