I've been a member for 5 years - I usually visit E Cobb locations but was in this area to visit SpaLand so stopped in here. I've been planning to cancel my membership after using my credits up because for the past year or so I've been vaguely dissatisfied- yesterday I visited an ECobb location and my specific requests were all but ignored. Today Christie identified my MANY physical issues without me specifying them (including recurring SI joint pain, imbalanced rotation in my hips and some spinal inflammation from a tweak the previous day) - she FULLY RELEIVED MY SI JOINT PAIN!
