Kent did an outstanding job on my granddaughter Aliyah’s nails, and Cindy is nothing short of amazing! I’ve been getting my nails done exclusively at Waterscape Nail Spa for the past 3–4 years. Everyone there does a great job, but Christine consistently goes above and beyond. She always delivers her absolute best, and I’m never anything less than fully satisfied 👍

Rough service, half-done at best. Tech was more interested in upselling my service and complaining to her co-worker about other things happening in the shop than working on my nails. I could have (and I guess, should have) done better at home. Disappointing, because It was my first time in and the shop is great. It's clean, well decorated and pleasant atmosphere.
The spa requested (via text) that I review the service on their website, I followed their link and tried to review, but the site would not let me post, obviously they filter our low smile/star reviews and note it as an error and request you call the spa. I was still in the area and went back to the salon and asked if any low review was blocked, the young lady at the front wasn't sure and asked someone she called Randy, he was in a seat in front in his own world with his cell phone. She addressed him like a manager, but he never asked out my service, just said he had no idea about the site blocking reviews.
I wont be back, it was a waste of my time and money.
