7/2024 I would highly recommend Tyler Christiansen to others and have him sell our home in the future. Tyler represented us as the go between the builder in Georgia and us residing in Maryland. He was our eyes and ears for six months from the first day of choosing a builder to closing. Tyler was personal, attentive and knowledgeable about GA requirements and a new build. He followed the build every step of the way attending major meetings, answering questions, while bringing attention to items we needed to consider in building and the purchase of our new home. When in the area he took the extra effort to stop in and take photo's/video so we could see the progress. Tyler helped make our build in Georgia and move from Maryland successful and run smoothly.
