Crystal is busy so it's tough to get an appointment and maintain a regular service schedule but she does her best with juggling clients. I only had an initial install and had to cancel my follow up due to traveling for work. But my initial install was extremely comfortable and pleasant. I feel asleep a few times. I chose the natural look. She let me choose the length of the lashes, but I was clueless so I let her use her professional expertise to decide. Overall I am very happy with the lashes and service. Crystal is amazing!! I came from out of state needing to get my eyelashes off ASAP and Crystal was able to take me in on short notice and help me out. She was super kind and her lash studio was very clean and welcoming! If you need to get your lashes done I highly recommend coming to Crystal she is very professional and does great work.

Not enough stars !!! Crystal is the best! Met her beginning of the year! Did my research and reviews, found her here at PTC. Where do I begin, when you first meet her she'll go over how the lash extension process works. Explains her product, you'll basically be going through a series of Q&A as you should after all this is a long term relationship! She has quality products and quality service! She does more than lash extensions, she's truly a one stop shop for all your beauty needs! Very personable and professional!
