Northwest Exterminating customer service is top notch. From the minute I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and look at a few issues we had - service we received was impeccable!! The next business day Matt rang our doorbell and assessed our home! His service was excellent as well! He was thorough, professional and knowledgeable!! He used his own booties before he entered our new home! (It’s the little things). Once he finished with his assessment he explained all the issues he found in detail and showed us the best solution for it. He explained the payment method and next steps very clearly! These folks have kept their commitments to us and our property. They have done a nice job with termite treatments and inspections. They have also assisted in keep the "palmetto bugs" at bay. Ethan, Christian and team did an excellent job ridding our home of rodents and making sure our home was sealed. They were all things professional and completely took care of our home as if it was there own.
