My experience was amazing! I got there about 10-15 minutes early and only waited maybe not even 5 minutes before they took me to the back. The dental assistants (I’m so sorry, I have no idea what their professional title is) were so nice and prompt. The young woman who took my x-rays made me feel very comfortable and she did it pretty quickly. The young woman who cleaned my teeth was nice and did her job REALLY well (my teeth felt brand new afterwards). The doctor (Doctor Foltz) was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. I had a pretty good experience. I was; however, annoyed that no one bothered to call me ahead of time to let me know that Bonnie no longer works at the office. While I liked the new hygienist, it would have been courteous to have let me known that my regular hygienist had left.
I'm not sure what we'd do without our friends at NDA. They've been taking care of our family for years. They're great folks who happen to be very good at what they do.
