Horrible experience had a 8 o’clock appointment woke up early to get here and was told they can’t do my hair because it’s too long and silky . My hair is not silky I’m just light skin with good hair . She didn’t even feel the texture of my hair. I had braids my whole life and have never had a problem . First time going to a professional and the fact someone in their kitchen could do it but not a professional is sad. I don’t recommend at all , horrible service , horrible customer service

I have used Blangels for several years and unfortunately the service and quality have gone down. I hate to give poor reviews and have gone back a few times to see if it was a one time thing but after my most recent experience I can no longer recommend this shop.I scheduled an appointment a few days ahead of time and on the morning of at 4am I got a text asking me to reschedule. I do appreciate the effort to notify me however with a 9am appt there was little I could do. She did try to find someone but was not successful. Very dissatisfied!!!!! I went in for two feeder braids and my hair looks a mess. This was not what I asked for. The stylist piled gel and spritz in my hair as well. She charged me $45 for this style and on the phone I was told $35. My hair is falling apart and it was just done yesterday. They were to be big braids going to the side the stylist did them going to the back and the work is not neat. Not happy with this what a waste of money.
