Brett and Chris-exceptional professionalism, courtesy, clarity, and attention- to-detail. Furnace died; they arrived within 4 hours, diagnosed immediately, replaced a part with few minutes. Mission accomplished! Previous HVAC didn’t responder my weekend urgent call/request for service. I’m now a Bardi customer for life, and will have a maintenance contract. Gratitude for superior customer service.
This morning I reached out to Bardi due to a malfunctioning thermostat. There had been an issue with my billing. However Monroe showed great patience and concern with my issues. She guided me through updating my payment and also got my home on the schedule for service. I recently had interaction with another service provider that customer service was none existent. So to have Monroe be patient, kind, understanding and helpful means a lot. Thank you again Monroe.
Tech found a low voltage issue no one else could detect and fixed it for a fair price . He spent two hours being very thorough until it was fully fixed - I was very happy and impressed !
