The line can get very long if you're not there before 9 am. As you reach the front of the line a vet tech will take all your info on a tablet. All of your records will be saved to a database so if you get a new pet, you just give them your phone number and they can look up your info and update it. They can also resend past vaccinations. Staff is always very nice and friendly. At the end of the visit you will pay with card and receive your tag and dog/cat food coupons that you can use that day in store.
