I came in for a walk-in and I was treated like I was top priority. Everyone had a huge smile on their face and answered my questions to the best of their ability even though some of my questions may have been frustrating. I was in and out. Thank you for everything!
NP Maria Ford was awesome. She did a thorough exam. My medical assistant, Lakyncha, was very efficient as well. This is my go to urgent care facility. Please keep good people like these two clinicians.
From the very first phone call (Kayla) until discharge, we received exemplary care. Everyone was so compassionate and understanding.The clinical assistant Lala was so welcoming. She saw how panicked my daughter was and did everything within her ability to calm her down and redirect her thoughts. The NP Maria was amazing. She made my daughter feel validated and seen as a person. She went above and beyond to help. As a medical professional and a mother, I could not have asked for better care.Ultimately, my daughter’s condition was a little bit beyond the facility’s ability to treat but I do not regret taking her there.I would not hesitate to return here for treatment...read full review
