I’ve used this facility to board for years. They are wonderful, my dog is not easy to take to people. He adjusted their after 2nd visit and now goes back to his room no fuss and even greets the staff. Unbelievable .

We boarded our puppy for the second time within the past two months with the Paw Pad.We were extremely pleased with his stay and the care provided.The place was clean and staff was very nice and helpful.

If I asked my dog to review this place, I think he would say 5 stars. He is so excited whenever I come here for doggy daycare. I believe he plays all day when he stays at the Paw Pad... but that gets to why I can't give a full 5 stars.There is too little transparency as to what is happening while he stays here. I can't give 5 stars to any doggy daycare that doesn't share access to its play area cameras with owners. I'm missing really useful information for his training by being able to observe his behavior around other dogs. I also don't get well informed answers when I ask about his day. I never know if he ate his meal or if there were any issues I need to address in...read full review
