Heather and Hayley, These two young ladies were very professional. They handled everything with care, explained what they were doing and made sure that we understood. I am glad that I have had the pleasure meeting them. The job was completed in a timely manner. If I ever have any problems with our home again that need my items need to be packed up, I will request Heather and Haley from Servpro. I hope and pray that your other workers are as professional and nice as Heather and Haley. I definitely feel they need a raise and or a promotion.
Alicia and Madison did a terrific job cleaning after our recent fire. They were very professional, friendly, and addressed all concerns that we had. I highly suggest servpros cleaning team.
