This was my first time scheduling the appointment for my massage. Was not successful doing it online. Pricing was confusing. Caliyah thorougly explained it to me. She gave me several options. I did decide on the new member package and also gifted a new member package for another friend. I am a senior citizen and she was so patient and listened to what I wanted. Hopefully the massage will be just as good as the service i received from Caliyah.
This was second time visiting Hand and Stone. I was sold of the the first visit! The front desk ladies are always warm and welcoming! Cinthia is awesome! She really has magical hands that makes me feel better!
This was my first time at this facility. I had received a gift certificate from a cousin, so I decided to use it because I had been stressed and needed some me time. From the time that I entered the spa, Ms. Nadine greeted me with a smile. She was so sweet. Both Caliyah and Ms. Nadine made me feel welcomed. They both were nice and provided a great sense of comfort. Customer was top notch 👌. 💯 percent.
