Had my shower done 2 years ago by F&F. The shower already looked sub-par and unprofessional but beyond cosmetic issues—I had grout issues and sealing issues almost immediately. They came out 3 times to fix my issues over the span of a year. The last time they came out only a a couple months later the same issues occurred—I was over it. It was clear they were incapable of getting it right. Here I am having to demo and reno my brand new shower in my brand new home only 2 years later and look at the mold already growing. This is inexcusable. Lesson learned the hard way. What a waste of money.
Long story but after a bad install and a year later, I know now they are not capable of installing or fixing their issues, and I was more than patient. (Update) I was called today by company to address inaccurate details in my review about the transition. They stated that they are not able to correctly install the transition due to how the tile was installed by someone else. They also stated they have tried their best to address the seams bending as best they can with my floor. They can do nothing else. I have added to my review to be fair but I have not deleted anything. UPDATE: After talking with Shaw the manufacturer of the flooring and watching YouTube videos on how to properly prepare your floor before proper install, I now see that this company did not follow those steps and that is the reason the seams are breaking and have gaps. I also installed the transition piece my self, it took me all of 10 min to install it flush and in the correct location. It looks great and has been holding better than their install.
The only place we recommend and use! We've used them for our home and business. Never had a problem. It's nice to walk in someplace and feel like you actually matter.
