I had a roof leak after a bad storm. Heavy rain was predicted again 3 days later. Dylan came out the day after I called & checked out the damage & gave me an estimate. He sent his technician out that same afternoon to do the repair work so I would avoid more water leaking with the rain coming the next day. Dylan was professional & easy to work with & the job was completed with no issues. I definitely recommend Dylan & Gunn Roofing.
The owner was the person I had contact with at every step of the job and he takes great pride in his work. Kept me informed about when materials would arrive and when the crew would begin. He directly gave me updates during the job and met with me afterwards. Every thing went on schedule, to budget and with professionalism . Since it was almost dark when I got my first look at the job, I didn’t notice until the next day one thing that concerned me a little. The owner responded to me immediately and had crew at my house the next morning to make sure all was right.Very pleased with the quality of such an important and expensive home improvement.
